Readmitted Residential Students

Arrival

Readmitted residential students may move into their residence halls on Saturday, August 25, or Sunday, August 26. Please consult the Residential Life Website: http://www.lycoming.edu/residentialLife/fallCheckInInfo2012.aspx for complete information on checking into Residence Halls.

Students who need to return to campus for personal reasons before the 25th must receive permission from Residential Life. Students who miss the on-line request deadline (August 15) will need to contact the Office of Residential Life via e-mail or by calling (570) 321-4147. Please consult the Residential Life Website: http://www.lycoming.edu/residentialLife/ for complete information.

Students returning on Saturday may move into the residence halls. However, students who have financial issues pending will need to report to the Business Office in Long Hall on Sunday, August 26, between 12:30 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. to resolve these issues. If your account is not cleared, you will receive an E-MAIL the week of August 13 notifying you to report to the Business Office. College staff will be available to assist with questions regarding student accounts and financial aid.

You will not be able to register if your financial matters are not resolved with the Business Office.

Students with incomplete health forms will need to contact Health Services before they register for classes. They can contact Health Services Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. at (570) 321-4052. Note: Health Services will not be open on Sunday, August 26.

You should arrive on campus by 11:00 a.m. on Sunday so you can attend the training session at the Information Technology Center at 11:15 a.m. in room B-201 of the Academic Center. It is necessary to attend the training session to reactivate your campus e-mail account and WebAdvisor accounts. If you are unable to attend the IT training session on Sunday, you will need to contact IT Services (ext. 4150 or help@lycoming.edu).

Advising sessions will be scheduled from 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday for those students who have not registered for classes. These students will receive notification from Dan Hartsock, Director of Advising, later this week regarding the time and location of their appointment with their advisor.
