Lycoming College is an independent, coeducational college of 1,400 students enrolled in 36 majors. The college is ranked by U.S. News and World Report as a national liberal arts college. Located in Williamsport, Pa., USA, the college is affiliated with the United Methodist Church.

Lycoming operates on a 4-4-1 academic calendar: four-month fall and spring semesters and optional May and summer terms. The faculty–student ratio is 14:1.

Founded in 1812, Lycoming is one of America's 50 oldest colleges. Lycoming's main campus is the setting of 22 buildings, including 9 residence halls. A 12-acre athletic complex includes the football stadium and soccer, softball, and lacrosse fields.

The choir's home is in historic Clarke Chapel, while a newer building, Welch Honors Hall, serves as a smaller venue for recitals and small group performances.

Nestled in north-central Pennsylvania's picturesque mountains and valleys, the Williamsport area offers abundant natural and recreational resources. Students join the local community in enjoying the beautiful Susquehanna River and the various boating and fishing opportunities that abound. New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., and Pittsburgh are all within a 5-hour drive from Williamsport.
