Regent's College
Regent's American College London is one of five academic institutions that form Regent’s College. The other institutions are the European Business School, Regent’s Business School, Webster Graduate School and the School of Psychotherapy and Counseling Psychology.
Location: London, a metropolitan area of 6-7 million, is located in the southeastern part of England. The college is centrally located in the city center, inside of Regents Park, about three blocks from the Baker Street tube station.
Student Body: The student body consists of approximately 3,000 students, from 80 different countries. Students study at one of the five teaching institutions that comprise Regent's College.
Accommodations: Dormitory-style living in one of two residence halls on campus. Reid's Hall houses 200 students and Oliver Hall houses 24 students.
Academic Calendar: Follows American academic year with two semesters and a summer term. Fall term begins in late August and ends before Christmas. Spring term begins in mid-January and ends in early May.
Curriculum/Special Features: A liberal arts college with courses similar to Lycoming, Regent’s American College London also has an extensive internship program. Additionally, classes are held Monday through Thursday. Thus, the college's three-day weekends offer lots of opportunities for travel both within and outside the United Kingdom.
Summer Term: Set program from mid-May to mid-June.
