Jennifer Wilson joined Lycoming in February 2000 after a four-year career in sales and marketing for Sabre Communications. Jennifer started as a Development Officer, became the Director of Annual Giving in July 2001, and was promoted to Director of Development in July 2004. 

Jennifer oversees the areas of annual giving, major and planned gifts, and advancement services and assists the Vice President for College Advancement with the management of the Campaign for a Brighter Future.

Meghan Hepler joined Lycoming in February 2006 as Associate Director of Annual Giving. Meghan earned a bachelor's degree in Secondary Education with a concentration in Mathematics from Lock Haven University of Pennsylvania in 2005.

Meghan assists with many aspects of the Lycoming Annual Fund, including personal and written solicitations, and management of the Phonathon and Senior Class Project.

Karen Sheaffer joined Lycoming in June 2008 as Director of Annual Giving. Karen is a 1974 graduate of Lycoming. She also holds a Masters Degree in Information Science from Drexel University. Karen has over 30 years business experience, most recently at QVC.

Karen oversees all aspects of the Lycoming Annual Fund, including goal setting, solicitation, and staff management.
