What makes Lycoming a special place for you? My favorite part about Lycoming is the small, family-like atmosphere. I am able to be involved in many different types of activities because of this.  These activities have helped me to meet many other students and form lifelong friendships. I have been able to get to know my professors and members of the professional staff at Lycoming very well.

What are your expectations for living in the new Residence Hall? I am very excited about living in the new Residence Hall, especially since I am among the first to live there. I have high expectations because it is such a positive addition to the campus.

What makes Jamie special? “Jamie is able to combine her talents to make her fun to be with and also know she is capable of leading the effort,” said Dr. Daniel Miller, dean of student affairs. “I think if we all could have just a little of Jamie’s enthusiasm, energy and spirit, each day would be a little brighter.”

Financial aid: A trustee scholarship

In Jamie’s words: If I had not received my scholarship from the College it would have been a huge financial burden on my family and me. Receiving my scholarship allowed me to choose Lycoming rather than settle for another college that was not up to Lycoming’s caliber in academics or co-curricular activities. Thanks to my scholarship, I have been able to obtain a superior education.
