When is Graduation weekend?
Graduation weekend is May 4 and 5, 2013.
Will I receive a final bill for the balance on my student account?
Bills from the Business Office will be available online and mailed to your home on April 26, 2013. This bill will include charges from April 1 to 23. New charges may be posted to your student account the week between finals and graduation. Verify your account balance, if any, by logging onto WebAdvisor and clicking “View Statement/Make Payment”.
Can I participate in the graduation ceremony if I owe a balance?
In order to participate in Commencement and for your diploma and transcripts to be released, any outstanding bills must be paid, including fines, Lambda Chi Alpha and Women of Lycoming loans, residence hall charges, phone bills, campus store charges, etc.
What is Senior Check-in?
Seniors pick up their caps, gowns, hoods, rain tickets, keys for the residence hall and pay any outstanding bills. The Business Office will be open from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. on May 4th.
Can I write a check to pay for my outstanding balance during Senior check-in?
Yes. Please do not mail checks. Bring your payment to the Business Office when you arrive on Saturday or for your convenience, pay prior to your arrival online with e-Check, Mastercard, Discover or American Express through WebAdvisor.
What if I am late for Senior Check-in?
Late Arrivals may:
- Pick up caps and gowns in the reception area in Long Hall until 4:00 p.m. on Saturday; 9:00 to 11:00 a.m. on Sunday
- Pick up keys in the Office of Safety & Security
- If you owe a balance on your student account, a payment can be made online with an eCheck, Mastercard, Discover or American Express.
Can I cash a check during Senior Check-in?
Check cashing will be unavailable after April 26, 2013.
