How do I pay my Enrollment Deposit?
You and your authorized payers can pay your Enrollment Deposit online using E-check, VISA, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. Students must log into WebAdvisor and access the online billing system to pay the enrollment deposit. Authorized payers can pay the enrollment deposit by going to the link below and entering their login name and password.

Paying electronically is the preferred payment method but it is optional. You may send payments by mail or pay in person at the cashier window in Long Hall at Lycoming College. To send a check or money order, make check payable to Lycoming College, note ED Deposit and student's name on check and mail to:

Am I required to pay the Enrollment Deposit?
All current full and part-time degree seeking students are required to pay a $100 “Enrollment Deposit” in order to pre-register for the Fall semester classes. The Enrollment Deposit applies to non-residential as well as residential students, including Greek members.
If I pay my Enrollment Deposit but owe a past due balance on my student account, will I be eligible to register for the Fall semester?
No. Your student account must be current (including the monthly payment plan) in order for you to register for Fall semester classes.
Will I be able to participate in the annual room selection process for the Fall semester if my Enrollment Deposit isn't paid?
No. Your enrollment deposit must be paid in order to participate in the annual room selection process.
If I pay my Enrollment Deposit but owe a past due balance on my student account, will I be eligible to participate in the annual room selection process?
No. Your student account must be current (including the monthly payment plan) in order for you to participate in the annual room selection process.
If I have a credit on my student account, can I use this to pay my Enrollment Deposit?
If you currently have a credit balance of at least $100, you can request the credit be used for your Enrollment Deposit. However, you must provide written authorization to the Business Office or email your authorization to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Why after paying my Enrollment Deposit doesn't it show online when I view my student account?
The Enrollment Deposit is held in a separate deposit account. The Enrollment Deposit will be posted as a credit to your student account after July 1st.
