Cerebellar Purkinje cell (stained brown with anti-calbindin-D28k)

                                                                            in culture with granule neurons for 14 days

Cerebellar Purkinje cells (stained red with ant-calbindin-D28k)

                                                                            in the developing rat brain, postnatal days 1, 5, 10, and 15.
