The staff of the Lycoming CWI are able to assist watershed groups in:
- collection
- identification
- enumeration of aquatic macroinvertebrates (kick and Surber samples)
- fish (sein and backpack electroshocker)
- plankton (both phyto and zoo)
In addition, we can provide assistance in basic water chemistry such as:
- pH
- Conductivity
- Alkalinity
- Orthophosphate
- Phosphorus
- Nitrate
- Nitrite
- Coliforms
- Dissolved Oxygen
- Temperature
- BOD
- TDS
- Stream Velocity/Volume
