ELIZABETHTOWN, Pa.—Lycoming’s women’s basketball team fell to Elizabethtown by a score of 82-75 on Wednesday night. With the loss, the Lady Warriors drop out of playoff contention.
Four Lycoming players finished with double-digit point totals. Sophomore Allison Mock (State College, Pa.) led the charge with 16 points on four three-pointers, while junior Andrea Cooper (Hollidaysburg, Pa.) had 15 points with three threes.
Sophomores Jess Zerbee (Duncansville, Pa.) and Becky Leid (Denver, Pa.) scored 14 and 10 points, respectively.
The Lady Warriors will play their final home game of the season on Saturday, Feb. 23 against Lebanon Valley at Lamade Gymnasium at 1 p.m. It will be Senior Day, celebrating the tenure of Jamie Buriak (Frackville, Pa.), Allison Palubinsky (Ringtown, Pa.) and Michelle Wisla (Schwenksville, Pa.).
