ROCHESTER, N.Y.-- Lycoming College's women's basketball team traveled to St. John Fisher College this weekend to play in the Courtyard-Penfield Invitational. In the tournament's opening game, the Lady Warriors cruised past the University of Pittsburgh-Bradford by a score of 76-54.
Lycoming head coach Christen Ditzler thought that sophomore point guard "Jessica Zerbee Duncansville, PA) set the tone for us today." Zerbee led the Lady warriors with 14 points, followed closely by junior Andrea Cooper's (Hollidaysburg, PA) 13 points and sophomore Allison Mock's (State College, PA) 12 points.
Lycoming now must take on the NCAA Division III's all-time winningest program St John Fisher in their tournament championship game at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, November 17.
