Advanced Stroke Drills/Edurance Workout Clinic

Most coaches recognize clinics as a team practice.

Beginner Developmental Stroke Technique Clinic*

* Swimming must be able to complete the width of the pool (18 yds.) using beginner freestyle technique.

All four strokes will be taught.

5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m.(Evaluation on 6/30 at 4:30 p.m.)

Intermediate Competitive Stroke Technique Clinic*

* Swimming must be able to complete a length of the pool (25 yds.) using at least three of the four strokes.

All four strokes will be taught.

5:30 p.m. - 7 p.m. (Evaluation on 6/30 at 4:30 p.m.)

Advanced Stroke Drills/Endurance Workout Clinic*
*Swimmer must be reasonable proficient in all four strokes.

7 p.m. - 8:30 p.m (Evaluation time to be announced)

$55 - $75
