Specialty License Plate Application

Pennsylvania residents can now get their Lycoming College Specialty License Plates!

Available to all members of the Lycoming College community, this plate will certainly show your school spirit!

To order your Lycoming College license plate, please:

  1. Print and complete the PennDOT specialty plate application
  2. Complete the form below (this page will remain open when you link to the PennDOT application).
  3. Click on the "Pay Now" button at the bottom of this page to make your secure online payment. (If you prefer to pay by check, please also enclose a check in the amount of $44* payable to Lycoming College when mailing your PennDOT application — see Step 4.)

  4. Mail your completed PennDOT application from Step 1 to:

*Extra registration cards (optional) are $1.50 each.

The Alumni Office will periodically submit the applications in batches to the state; processing takes 4-6 weeks once the state receives the applications. When your new Lycoming College plate is ready, the state will send it directly to you via mail to replace your previous plate. Your date of registration and your inspection dates will not change, only your license plate number. Please note that the state does not allow requests for specific numbers for these specialty plates.
