Hiawatha Wing Cruise - 2205 Hiawatha Blvd., Williamsport

Mingle with Lycoming families while enjoying "wings and things" aboard the Hiawatha Paddlewheel Riverboat!

$20 per person, $20 per Lycoming student. Advance registration required. 

*Lycoming families and students are responsible for their own transportation to and from the Hiawatha, located at 2205 Hiawatha Boulevard, Williamsport. The boat will leave the dock at 6:30 p.m. sharp. You are encouraged to arrive by 6:15 p.m. This event is limited to the first 75 registrants.

Family Bowling Night - Faxon Bowling Lanes, 1225 River Avenue, Williamsport

Enjoy 2 hours of "Asteroid Bowling" with LYCO families! Shoe rental, pizza and soft drink included!

Hike the Blue Bird Trail - Check-in at the Recreation Center Atrium

Enjoy one of the many outdoor recreational opportunities in the beautiful Central Pennsylvania valley! Dean of students, Dan Miller, will be your guide on a one and a half hour hike. Round-trip bus transportation to the mountain and a light snack will be provided.

This event is sold out.  We apologize for any inconvenience. 

*Please keep in mind that this is a physically-active hike on an unpaved trail.

Visit Lycoming’s new 26,000 square foot facility that brings all physical sciences together under one roof!  Explore the Cleveland Atrium, Detwiler Planetarium, campus plaza, green space, rain garden courtyard, high-tech classrooms, laboratories and study areas.

Gamma Delta Sigma invites you to a basket raffle held to honor the memory of a lost sister, Brandy Lee Sudol '91, who died of Hodgkin’s disease.  Funds raised will support a scholarship in Brandy’s honor.

Senior Class Reception at the President's House - 325 Grampian Blvd., Williamsport

President Kent Trachte and Sharon Trachte, Ph.D. invite members of the senior class and their families to a reception at the President's House. The Peter Herdic Trolley will provide continuous transportation to and from the event for seniors and their families. Families are strongly encouraged to use the trolley that departs from the Academic Center parking lot.

Family Entertainment- Family Friendly Hypnotist- Clarke Chapel

The days of clucking like a chicken are over.  Hypnotist Paul Ramsay's "Mind Games" show breaks the mold of stage hypnotism. Using interactive polling software and remote controls, audience members steer the course of the show by voting on what they want to see happen on stage.  "Mind Games" approaches stage hypnotism from a whole new angle.  It's interactive, original entertainment that transforms average students into a cast of characters before your very eyes! 

This program is sponsored by the office of student programs and leadership development.
