Stephanie has just finished her first year in the Anthropology Masters program at SUNY Albany, focusing in Cypriote Archaeology. She will graduate in May of 2008 and begin to work toward her Ph.D.
"I went on an archaeological dig in Cyprus after my freshman year at Lycoming and I've been back every year since. The summer after I graduated from Lycoming I worked on the
publication about my dig site, Idalion. This summer I am back in Cyprus finishing up the publication about Idalion, which should be hitting the presses in the winter."
"I found Lycoming online when I was looking at colleges my junior year
of high school. I wanted a school that was on a smaller scale compared to others, because I did not want to get lost in the crowd or
be just another number. I attended the next Open House and on the car
ride home to New Jersey, I knew it was the school for me. The
Admissions staff, students, and professors I met that day welcomed me
with open arms (something that did not happen at the other schools I
visited that year) and I felt immediately at home with them and the
campus."
