The rooms are double occupancy adjoining rooms (two rooms sharing one bathroom). The furniture is built in except for the beds and desk chairs. Housing 140 students in a co-educational environment, Williams boasts a formal lounge on the second floor and a study lounge on the third floor. It also has two handicap-accessible residence hall rooms on the first floor, south wing.
Built in 1965, this hall is named for Mary Ellen Williams of St. Mary's, Pennsylvania.
