East Hall typically houses chapters of Lycoming's fraternities or sororities with each floor home to one fraternity or one sorority. Floors include a lounge with full kitchen, a library/study room and community-style bathroom. Except for several triples, all rooms are double occupancy. Closets, dressers, and desks are built-in; beds and desk chairs are moveable. On the lower level is the 'Coffee House' and patio, which is used for social events, dinners, speakers and student entertainment. East Hall, which houses 119 students, was built in 1962.
