A number of College owned apartments located adjacent to campus are available for eligible upperclass students.
The College Apartments and The Commons are available students with 76+ credits at the conclusion of Fall semester preceding the Housing Lottery. Applicants must also have at least a 2.25 GPA and be in good disciplinary standing. Eligible students receive information regarding the availability each spring as part of the housing selection process and are invited to apply. Click here for more information.
