Select an overnight Orientation session in June to meet your advisor, select classes, meet your classmates, and learn more about campus life. Get a taste of life in our freshman residence halls and meet our Summer Orientation Staff (SOS)!
   
1st Weekend Information

Come back to campus a few days early to make the transition a little easier; your academic year opens with New Student Convocation and continues with special seminars and activities designed to prepare our freshmen to succeed.

FYRST Program
Join us throughout the semester for a series of programs dedicated to helping our First Year Residents Succeed Together (FYRST). See how much fun it is to ease into college life.  
   
Academic Support
Join a study group or our PALS program, take your term papers to the Writing Center or visit the Academic Resource Center (ARC) for academic support.
