Creating An Include Page

Step 1

Create the Page:

• In FrontPage choose File, New, Page

• Type the list of links you would like to include on each page of your web.

Step 2

Save the Page:

• File
• Save As

• name the file
• click on the Change button

• give the file the Title you would like to appear in the Internet window (upper left corner of window) that you would like people to read
• Hit Ok
• Hit Save

Step 3:

Linking Your Include List

• Highlight the first link in your list
• Hit Insert, Hyperlink

The Create Hyperlink window will appear

At this it is assumed that you have already created pages that you would like to link to.
When you see the Create Hyperlink window, you will see a listing of the pages you have created.

• You can either type the full URL in the URL box, or click on the page you would like to link to
  from inside the Create Hyperlink widow and it will be placed in the URL box.
•  Click OK

Step 4

All changes made to this include page will be saved universally within your web on each page you wish
to include the links.
