Archiving Email using Network drive space

To Create your Archive:
1. Click on Tools, then Options.
2. Double Click on the Environment Icon.
3. Click on the File Location Tab.
4. Click on the yellow folder icon at the right of the Archive Directory Box.
5. Double Click on Network Neighborhood, find the appropriate server (SRV2/Vol1 for Faculty and Student1/Vol1 for Students) and , then Home, then your login id, and then click OK.
6. Add \Archive to the end of the line in the Archive Directory Box. This will create a new directory in under your home directory called Archive that will allow you to save the mail you deem important to your network server space.
7. Click Ok, and then click Yes at the create directory question.
Archiving Your Messages:
1. Select a message to archive by clicking on it in the right window.
2. Click on Actions, then Archive.
Opening and Closing Your Archive:
1. Click on File, and then Open Archive.
2. To close the archive click on File, and then Open Archive to uncheck it.
Unarchiving Your Messages:
1. In your Archive, select a message to unarchive by clicking on it in the right window.
2. Click on Actions, and then on Archive to uncheck it and return it to your mailbox and out of your archive.
