thePennsylvaniaSupremeCourt
as aBoardCertifiedElder Law
Attorney. She routinely plans
courses for thePennsylvaniaBar
Institute and is a frequent guest
speaker at their functions.
Her legal career includes serving as anAssistantUnitedStatesAttorney for the
EasternDistrict of Pennsylvania, where she investigated and criminally convicted
thefirstMedicaremoney laundering seizure case in the country.
Anative ofMuncy, Pa.,Weber is the secretary for the executive committee for
theLycomingCountyLawAssociation and amember of the board of directors
for theFirst CommunityFoundationPartnership of Pennsylvania. She also is a
member of theSusquehannaHealthPlannedGivingCommittee, theNorthcentral

Shewas inducted into the college’s chapter of PhiKappaPhi national honor
society as a senior and to the national social sciences honor society, PiGamma
Mu, as a junior. She earned her law degree fromTempleUniversity in 1986.
Weber has served her almamater in various capacities,most recently as a
guest speaker for the criminal justice department and during the Institute for
Management Studies’Scholars seminar series.
