Your budgets requested it, and we came through! We are now offering a Casual Catering Menu. Please order only the items you need and cut costs. This program is available for pick-up only, and is designed to allow student organizations the flexibility they need to stretch their dollars!

Lycoming College Catering Services is cooking up something special for you! In an effort to accommodate the limited budgets of student groups/organizations, this guide was developed to meet your needs! Remember that advance planning increases your options and our flexibility.

Here's the Deal..
The discounted pricing reflects a limited menu. Catering Services does not provide delivery, service or clean up of any event. These tasks are the responsibility of the sponsoring organization.

We Need a Few Days Notice..
All orders are to be placed and confirmed 72 hours before the event. Please call 570-329-1292 or e-mail leek@lycoming.edu to place your order.

Billing..
All orders must be billed to a General Ledger Number, Flex Account, or paid in advance by Cash or Check.

Where to Get the Food..
All food and beverages must be picked up from the Dining Hall in the Wertz Student Center between 8:00am and 7:00pm.

What happens if we need to cancel our order?
Any cancellation must be made and confirmed within 24 hours of the event start time. Any costs incurred due to cancellation after this deadline will be charged to the student organization, or department.

Linens and Paper Products..
Linens and paper products are available for an additional charge. All linens rented must be returned the next business day, or additional fees will be charged. A replacement charge will be billed to the organization for any damaged or missing linens.
