WHAT IS SOCIOLOGY/ANTHROPOLOGY

       What is Sociology?

Sociology is a science that modern civilization has developed. It is the study of society and the human behavior. Sociology encompasses all societal institutions such as family, government, religion, military, economics, sports, health care, education, law, and science media.

       What is Cultural Anthropology?

Cultural anthropology is the “sister” discipline of sociology. The primary goal of anthropology is to understand culture and a people’s total way of life. At its founding, the focus of anthropology was on non-literate and tribal peoples throughout the world. Today, its comparative focus extends to our own way of life.
