WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Destinations in upstate New York served as the sites for two Lycoming College alumni events during the weekend of May 30-31, 2009. In Syracuse, alumni gathered for brunch at the downtown L’Adour Restaurant Francais, then walked to the Erie Canal Museum for a self-guided tour. Near Rochester, alumni enjoyed lunch at Genesee Country Village and Museum followed by a guided museum tour and free time to explore the village.
President James Douthat addressed both groups with an update on the College. The Alumni Association thanks Judy (Fry) Calistri ’56 for helping to organize the Syracuse event and Marjorie (Ferrell) Jones ’50 for hosting the Rochester-area event.
