Lycoming College management professor publishes two papers

WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. - Dr. Neil Boyd, assistant professor of management in the Department of Business Administration at Lycoming College, recently published two papers in Public Administration Quarterly (April 2009 issue). The papers are titled “Implementing large-scale organization development and change in the states” and “Administrative reform in the states.”  The former article discusses new findings from a multi-year study of organization development interventions in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, while the latter paper presents a literature review of the current state of organization development research in state governments across the United States. 

Public Administration Quarterly is a top-ranked journal in the field of public administration and is the primary source for organization development research in the public sector.

Boyd conducts research and writes about various topics in the fields of organization development, action research, human resource management, organizational behavior, and social and environmental issues in management.
