Dr. Amy Golahny, professor of art history and chair of the Art Department at Lycoming College, recently spoke about her exhibition, “The Stained Glass Windows of Williamsport,” with Cynthia Berger of WPSU Radio. The exhibition features photographs of the major stained glass windows in 10 local houses of worship, all built before 1910. These include one Jewish Temple and two historically African-American churches. The exhibition presents the windows as historical, architectural and artistic artifacts.
