Moodle replaced WebCT as our new Classroom Management System (CMS) as of July 1, 2006. After discussion and review by IT
Services staff, several faculty CMS users and the Academic Computing Committee, we are confident that this decision will result
in a significant improvement for computer-based delivery of educational materials and instruction. All faculty who use Moodle
will be provided a users manual and staff support will be broad: IT Services desktop support staff, instructional librarians,
and a network of peer faculty support. Improvements to access will include linking accounts to the student and faculty login
accounts. We all look forward to the greater use of this technology and will strive to make its use a positive experience for
everyone.
Three-Tiered Support Structure:
1. IT Services will be available for Moodle questions. Please contact any one of the following staff members:

2. Designated faculty members will be available to assist users with general Moodle questions.
3. Snowden Library staff willbe available to assist faculty members with placement of E-reserve material.
