Changing your Novell password
You can now reset your Novell password via the internet in case you have forgotten it. However, in order to be able to do this, you need to setup a challenge question first. It is this challenge question you will need to answer in order to be allowed to reset your Novell password. Below are the instructions of how you setup this challenge question. At the bottom of this page, you will then find a link to the web page where you set up your challenge question.
How to set up your challenge question: Upon clicking the link below, you will see this screen...
1) First, you need to log in with your current Novell user name and password.
Once you login, you will see this screen:
2) Click on: 'Answer Challenge Questions.'
You will be prompted to enter the last 4 digits of your social security number:
3) Once you enter it, click on the submit button. You should then see "Complete: Successfully saved Challenge Response data."
4) Your challenge question is now setup.
5) Click the 'logout' button towards the top of the screen.
6) Now click the "Forgot your password?" link and try changing your password.
