RE:       2008-2009 Computer Lab & Teaching Station Images

All requests for modifications to 2008-2009 computer lab and teaching stations images (that is, new and/or modified software for next year) must be received by ITS no later than July 1, 2008.  Those requested through the budget process last December DO NOT need to be re-requested; you will be notified in the near future regarding the approval/denial of those requests.  Requests made after July 1, 2008 will not be in place by the first day of classes.  As lab images and teaching stations are built, faculty will be notified via email that they are available for testing.  If you have any files currently residing on any teaching stations, you should be aware that the rebuilding of the teaching stations will wipe them out, and you should take appropriate action (e.g. copying them to your F: drive) prior to July 1, 2008.
