Reservation Policy

Daytime Use (M-F; 8-4:30)
Once a room is reserved, you may contact the Media Technology Dept. to assist with equipment operation. Requests must be made at least 1 week in advance for AV support.

Evening/Weekend Use
Most classrooms are "user accessible" in which equipment is open and can be used simply upon reserving the room.

Rooms Heim G09, Heim G11, and Fine Arts 107 all require a key to access equipment. Keys for this equipment can be signed out from Safety and Security for use time only (no long term)

Banquet rooms such as The Schultz Room do not contain accessible equipment and RESERVATIONS MUST BE MADE with the Media Technology office at least 1 week in advance for equipment setups.
