Problem with GroupWise WebAccess via AOL

For those persons who choose to use AOL as their internet provider, they may have difficulties logging into their GroupWise WebAccess. The AOL browser does not fully support java and therefore doesn't work consistently. It may work fine at times and then at other times inform the user that their login is no longer current.

There is a solution: Minimize the AOL browser and open Internet Explorer. This will work fine. This is also the fix for people trying to set up the proxy server for off campus access.

**WebAccess is only supported by IE 7.0 and later versions, Safari 1.3 and later versions, and the latest version of Firefox.**
