Upon my retirement from industry in 1996, where I spent 27 years establishing companies, offices, divisions, departments, etc. for various businesses, both national and internationally, I became the Chair, Business Administration Division at Central Pennsylvania College in Harrisburg, PA in 1997. Along with the international "study abroad" program, I was responsible for developing the College's Bachelor Degree in Business Administration in 1999. I was also working on developing an MBA in International Business Program, and a BS Degree in International Studies for the College.
Prior to teaching I worked internationally in the industrial process heating industry. This included positions in Engineering Development, Marketing & Sales, Customer Service, and Manufacturing. During this business career we lived in England and Alberta, Canada to start joint-venture companies.
