Lycoming College Art and Design students worked with visiting artist Spencer Nakasako and youth from The Center in Williamsport, PA to produce a 3 minute video about the Center's Youth board and activities. Members of the Center Youth Board shot video and Lycoming students edited the piece during the week of Spencer's residency.
