Lycoming Students Spend Summer Abroad
The Spring Semester at Lycoming may end in April, but that doesn't stop our students from continuing their studies in some pretty exotic locations. Biology students spent their May Term studying Marine Biology in Roatan, Honduras (check out their blog here). The Lycoming College Choir recently returned from a two week tour of Germany, the Czech Republic, and Hungary. History students spent the last month in Spain studying medieval history (visit our student blogs to learn more about the trip). Lycoming's Business Department and Institute for Management studies took students on their annual European Business Experience based out of London, England (learn more) and the Archaeology program is currently on a dig in Israel. Other locations where students are abroad this summer include Germany and Japan. |

In addition, two new minor will be offered: Media Writing and Film Studies. The College has also hired a new professor and Director of Digital Media, Leah Peterson. Renovations planned to both the interior and exterior of the building include a new Digital Media Center. |
