New Residence Hall Opens for Fall Semester

Lycoming College’s first new residence hall since 1965 opened when students arrived for the start of the fall semester. The L-shaped townhouse configuration, located on the corner of Washington Boulevard and Mulberry Street, accommodates 85 students.

The design of the façade and landscaping suggests a cluster of single family houses when, in fact, all of the units are adjoined. The residence hall is the College’s first to be air conditioned.
